Desktop Engineer at international Bank

“Desktop Engineer” is required for a “1 year project” in an international Bank located in New Cairo

The Desktop Engineer is responsible for Bank’s Desktop system, associated subsystems, applications, software tools, including installation, configuration, maintenance, as well as resolving the technical issues reported by users through Egypt IT Service desk.

Qualifications:
· A University degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent experience.
· Minimum 3 years of experience in IT systems implementation and support.
· Experience in supporting 24×7 systems is desirable, but not mandatory.
· Fluent in oral and written English, working knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
