O&M Facilities Manager

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor of architect/ civil Engineering.
• +6 years of experience in related field .
• Has Previous experience in O&M for buildings.
• PMP certificate is preferred.
• FMP certificate is preferred.
• Good command in spoken and written English.

Job Purpose:

• vise the implementation of all maintenance, renovation or modification works for the various facilities in the geographical location where he stays.

Job Responsibilities:

• Meets the needs of all industrial and administrative facilities for any kind of maintenance, renewal or modification in order to achieve production plans
• Prepares technical specifications for all planned and sudden maintenance work and systems in order to achieve the required quality.
• Carries out the technical approval and evaluation of all external contractors and the technical offers proposed for various maintenance projects; select the best of them technically in order to obtain the highest quality.
• Approves the various materials and systems used for maintenance work and projects in order to obtain the highest quality.
• Reviews and approve the monthly needs plan for materials, equipment and tools in order to provide the required needs on time.
• Supervises external contractors in the implementation of civil or architectural work in order to achieve the highest quality.
• Collaborates with the rest of the concerned departments (licenses - safety - technical office ------ etc.) to complete all procedures and documents of the project in an optimal manner.
• Participates in the evaluation process of all external contractors in order to obtain the highest quality in the implementation of civil or architectural work.
