A Radio Optimization Technical Lead will will get acquainted with and contribute to the different aspects of radio testing and optimization activities

Job Responsibility

• Supporting Radio optimization senior team leader with network analysis and recommendations of network actions, process improvements and maintaining the quality figures in the whole network from customer perception point of view as well as statistics point of view through daily monitoring of the network performance to identify problems that might affect the network quality and take the necessary action to reduce them.
• Come up with initiatives to improve Radio optimization workflow processes with external entities and cost saving initiatives as well.
• Provide support to Radio Optimization team in the area of performance management and network fine-tuning.
• Technical lead for major projects and trials related to introduction of new techniques/ vendors/ products.
• Act as mentor and holding on job training for a group of optimization experts.

Required Criteria

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including use of Access applications is required.
• Basic knowledge of Unix commands is preferred.
• Strong Background on mobile communication network and radio optimization.
• Experience with drive test equipment and optimization activities.  
• Creative thinking & Problem-solving capability, Teamwork spirit, Communications skills to interact with other parties internally/externally.
• Good command of English language.
