Talent Recruitment Coordinator ( Tamheer Program )About the role:

HR Coordinator is responsible for facilitating all key Human Recourses functions and programs. within Mrsool (under the supervision of the department management) They handle both internal and external HR concerns and are tasked to ensure developing and maintaining control to preserve the interests of Mrsool.

About Tamheer Program

Tamheer Program is an on-the-job-training that targets Saudi nationals, who graduated from local or international universities, either fresh graduates or ex-workers. In order to join the Program, applicants should not have registered in the General Organization for Social Insurance GOSI or Civil Service for the last six months. Their training will take place at government entities, outstanding companies, and international organizations that have branches in Saudi Arabia.

The candidates must meet all of the criteria listed below:

• The candidate must be a Saudi national.
• Obtain bachelor's degree or higher degrees.
• He/she should not be currently employed nor has been employed for the last six months.
• He/she should not have previously enrolled in Tamheer Program.
  
  

Education & Skills Requirement: ( If you don't have the under skills please do not apply ).

• Bachelor degree in HR or English langue
• Fluency in English "Drafting in English is ESSENTIAL"
• Demonstrated interest in IT Co. & Regulations & the willingness to obtain knowledge in the HR matters of the Tech industry.
• Reliability, teamwork, and professionalism towards co-workers
• Detail Oriented, Extremely Organized with Strong writing skills.
