About the role:

Developing, implementing, and maintaining RCA processes and methodologies to investigate the work patterns to locate the issues and come up with plans and solutions to avoid such problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain RCA processes and quality standards.
• Provide recommendations and solutions to address and rectify the root causes to prevent recurrences.
• Prepare and maintain QA reports (e.g. Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual reports).
• Develop practical training plans based on the reports outcomes and recommendation.
• Utilize knowledge and familiarity with the standards to improve the work.
• Use a quality monitoring system to compile and track performance at team and individual level.
• Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.
• Assist in creating training materials and operating manuals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or related areas.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• English and Arabic language skills (written and spoken)
