Delivery Operations Associate

The Role

As a fundamental member of the Operations Team, you will play a significant role in contributing to the growth and success of Vezeeta. This is a position that will see you gain experience and skills in a wide range of areas as well as working at the forefront of the health-tech industry.

Responsibilities:

Interview the newcomers with the suitable means and prepare a list of qualified candidates per branch.
Onboarding, activating the new couriers as well as providing the required logistics.
Training the new couriers by providing physical weekly visits.
Tracking the logistics of our fleet and making sure that the whole fleet is representable.
Acquiring couriers for our franchise pharmacies with our required standards and values.
Reporting the quality rates week over week by weekly visits to the branches.
Tracking complaints received per branch and reporting them to the on-ground supervisor.
Creating weekly risk mitigation for the whole fleet.
Evaluate the fleet on weekly basis and plan for the right steps to eliminate any drawback.
Ensuring the quality of our service by running the mystery shopping activities with a precise plan.

Requirements

You should be:

Excellent organizational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting.
Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Key interpersonal traits: motivation, creativity, adaptability, unquestionable ethics & integrity, and a willingness to take calculated risks.
