The Role

As a fundamental member of the People & Culture Team, you will play a significant role in contributing to the growth and success of Vezeeta. This is a position that will see you gain experience and skills in a wide range of areas as well as work at the forefront of the health-tech industry.

Responsibilities

• Create the best-in-class employee experiences and continuously develop the Human Resource Department.
• Oversee the implementation of the Human Resource services and identify opportunities for improvement and resolve problems.
• Ownership and continuous development of the employee onboarding process.
• Coach senior managers to build leadership capabilities as the advisor.
• Work hand to hand with the Central People team and partner with executive managers and co BPs to develop and execute people strategies and deliver results.
• Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve attraction, performance, retention and engagement.
• Develop and implement HR, procedures, policies and processes for the 360-employee life cycle. Conduct a continuing study of all Human Resource policies and practices to keep management informed of new developments.
• Change management and help employees to accept the change.
• Be an ambassador of the HR scene in the middle east.
