The Role

As a part of Vezeeta, you‘ll be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget, plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. This is all done within the confines of a company's goals and vision. As a fundamental member of the organization, you will play a significant role in contributing to the growth and success of Vezeeta. This is a position that will see you gain experience and skills in a wide range of areas as well as working at the forefront of the health-tech industry.

Responsibilities

Lead projects in alignment with the company strategy, overseeing a spectrum of projects from initiation till completion
Track and report the milestones and provide status reports to the key stakeholders
Manage the team in line with the constrained deadlines and empower the team members to ensure the teams are fully engaged in the project
Improve the efficiency and quality of the delivery output services
Financial Management of the overall budget and P&L
Data mining and data collection from various sources and converting it in to models and predictions, including qualitative data
Drive process improvement initiatives
Provide recommendations for improving business results, operational efficiencies, and customer experience within the scope of the projects

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
3+ years of experience working as a Project Manager managing complex projects in a tech environment with multifunctional teams
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) is a plus
Excellent consultancy and analytical skills
Data-driven acumen and judgment

Knowledge and understanding of the business needs with the ability to establish and maintain stakeholder trust and confidence
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
Creative approach to problem-solving and the ability to focus on details
Fluent in both Arabic and English, both written and verbal communication
