Job Requirement
Proven experience as HR Generalist
Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives.
Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations.
Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles.
Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.
Three-plus years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources positions.
Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organization planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations, preferred.
