Analyst, Office of the Chief of Staff - Cairo - Egypt

The Role

As a fundamental member of the organization, you will play a significant role in contributing to the growth and success of Vezeeta. This is a position that will see you gain experience and skills in a wide range of areas as well as work at the forefront of the health-tech industry.

Responsibilities

Assist with project planning, management, and reporting. Lead and oversee a spectrum of strategic projects from initiation till completion. Track and provide status reports to the key stakeholders.
Analyze data. Gather and analyze data to produce insights and recommendations for improving business results and operational efficiencies. Monitor key performance indicators to weigh actual project progress against the plan.
Stakeholder management. Establish strong working relationships with the core product, engineering, operations, and other supporting functions across the company (including policy, comms, HR, finance, legal and others)
Communicate with key stakeholders. Serve as a bridge between the project team and internal and external stakeholders
Create documentation. Prepare, and give, presentations to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
2-5 years of experience working as a Project Manager/Analyst/Entrepreneur in Residence managing complex projects in a tech environment with multifunctional teams
Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM)
Excellent consultancy and analytical skills
Data-driven acumen and judgment

You respond well to complex situations, working across the organization and with customers and partners to solve problems
You move quickly and have the confidence to act decisively when needed.
You have a strong sense of ownership - the buck stops with you!
You have the ability to establish internal credibility with peer managers both inside and outside your immediate team.
Fluent in both Arabic and English, both written and verbal communication
