Cosmetics Purchasing Specialist - E-Pharmacy - Cairo - Egypt

The Role

As a fundamental member of the E-Pharmacy Team, you will play a significant role in contributing to the growth and success of Vezeeta. This is a position that will see you gain experience and skills in a wide range of areas as well as working at the forefront of the health-tech industry.

Responsibilities:

Optimize cosmetics inventory par levels to avoid stockouts and reduce waste
Oversee controlled substances ordering and required documentation Monitor, communicate, and manage drug shortages Lead and attend periodic cosmetics inventory count
Attend newly branch stock preparation and stock count
Update changes in cosmetics and items prices and communicates it on daily basis in order to be applied on the master list

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (Purchasing, Retail Management certificate would be an advantage)
Desktop computer, telephone, email, and instant messaging system
1 years of prior buying or related experience Excellent written and oral communication skills
Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
A curiosity to learn and a willingness to adapt as new and different challenges emerge.

Solid interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
