Coordinator KYC Compliance

What’s On Your Plate?
1. Perform 3PLs and Riders Due Diligence (CDD) procedures.
2. Perform due diligence/enhanced due diligence on high risk vendors as required.
4. Conduct sanctions screening on the sanction screening tool and upload the report for Vendor Compliance Specialist's review.
5. Escalate to the Vendor Compliance Specialist any illegal, fraud or forged documents.
6. Present summarized review findings on the compliance system.
7. Assist with Compliance analysis, records for both internal and external review when required.
8. Maintain and ensure records are organized, archived and complete as per Talabat policies and procedure.
9. Assists with ad hoc projects as required.
10. Lead the preparation of reports and information gathering.
11. Prepare and deliver information in a clear, concise, and professional manner.

12. Support on any Ad-hoc tasks as required.Achieve targets for payment success rates and cost

  • Mature, self-motivated, detail-minded and able to work under pressure
  • Structured, analytical, and attention to details.
  • Time management and multitasking skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and/or mediation skills with the ability to work with diplomacy and tact
  • Approachable demeanor and ability to maintain strict confidentiality
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Excel
  • Bachelor’ degree in Law/Business Administration
  • Fluent English and Arabic
  • CKYCA — Certified Know Your Customer Associate is a plus
