Role Scope

Optimize our logistics products to improve operations by checking our zones and areas on the map to be well utilized for the business and how it will impact the overall performance.

Analyze trends using C-watch reports, run experiments and fine-tune our logistics products across EG to get the best operational outcome on the ground.

Use the insights and reports gathered from ex: Tableau and Google Maps, to define the most value-adding projects together with the relevant stakeholders.

Express analytical creativity by deep diving into data to challenge the status quo and to make sure we always aim higher.

Be the voice of the region collaborating with all relevant departments ex: Sales, fleet and account management to enable growth and utilize logistics products & services to their fullest potential.

Keep an eye on the numbers and have the ability to translate them into actionable and digestible business insights.

Compiling all comments raised during their observation in a tracker for better accessibility and follow-ups.

Real-time Monitoring and reporting logistics performance of any new cities launched/Expanded or

new services during the first month

Support the current team in the new vendors setup during the peak weeks

Qualifications & Skills Required

1-2 years of experience in operations or logistics in the food/grocery tech industry is highly recommended.

Advanced knowledge of zone mapping tools

A highly organized and detail-oriented with an analytical mindset

Advanced Excel and Data Interpretation Skills

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong interpersonal skills to educate vendors
