Reporting & Analytics Lead - Cairo Business Hub

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead Commercial Reporting & Analytics team to accelerate Analytics Capability in GBS as a competitive advantage
  • Hire, lead and develop an in-house best in class team of reporting and analytics analysts
  • Analyze large complex data sets across multiple categories, channels, customers, and clusters and highlight opportunities by Customer/Channel
  • Support preparation of relevant organization Sales reporting including standard management sales reports as well as ad-hoc reports for sales leveraging multiple data sources
  • Prepare various Sales analysis related to pricing, promotions, and overall sales performance
  • Ongoing improvement of reporting capabilities by eliminating duplicate reporting, standardizing reports where applicable and developing new reports that enables faster and better decision-making process
  • Provide training, new tools, and methodologies to optimize and standardize new capabilities across sector
  • Lead Analytics functional excellence on techniques of Business Analytics & data visualization and evaluate new technology platforms for various use cases as a shared service for sales. Work with the account management / Sales teams and participate in business development activities
  • Advice and share automation models and best practices within PepsiCo (Global) to leverage and build Advanced Analytics capability
  • Report GBS performance against KPIs for Analytics, reporting and Sales Forecasting. Identify and resolve recurring performance problems and improvement opportunities
  • Drive and support continuous process improvement and standardization to increase efficiency
  • Act as a point of contact and maintain relationship with business departments. Participate in regular operational review calls with Business Partners and Business Leaders
  • Represent the specific market in meetings with internal and external customers, steering groups and other client functions. Ensure that R&A and Sales Forecasting capabilities stay connected with other capabilities within the sector by integrating front and back-end services
  • Work with R&A leaders across sectors to continue to advance and harmonize capability for future development and deliver end to end sales solution to business partners

Discuss staff performance with management and make recommendations for staff development and succession planning

 

Qualifications/Requirements

 

  • 4-6 years of experience in Sales Ops, Sales Reporting, or similar experience, with experience in team management
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
  • 3+ years’ experience related to Data Analytics and Reporting including usage of relevant tools and software packages. Knowledge of cloud-based data analytics platforms.
  • Demonstrate sound financial & commercial acumen, lateral thinking, and data analysis strength with strong attention to detail
  • Previous experience as a people leader
  • Ability to provide superior customer service
  • Best-in-class time management skills, ability to multitask, set priorities and plan
  • Advanced Excel knowledge. Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx is a plus
