The Project Associate will execute on cross-functional projects to drive business growth. This high visibility role will require working with business teams across the company to deliver key enhancements for our customers. A successful candidate will excel in cross-functional team work and enjoy making needle moving impact. Our candidate will also be highly resourceful, customer obsessed, and will have an ability to think and act tactically, and work independently under time constraints to meet deadlines. Successful candidates will have tremendous bias for action, have excellent problem solving abilities and the creativity to spot. They will need to prioritize effectively across multiple areas and communicate clearly.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree.
3+ years of relevant experience in retail, operations, product or program management, and/or business management/consulting with a proven record of accomplishment of negotiations and delivering results.
