Raya Trade; a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments is looking to hire a Software Developer with the below responsibilities and qualifications.

• Provides first line support for the Remedy, Warranty and web application servers

• Perform basic administration for the database management system of remedy, warranty and the other web applications

• Provides first line support for the maintenance team daily change requests (mainly for Fast Service and Customer Care operations)

• Administers all windows applications related to the maintenance team (for claiming rebates from Nokia)

• Administers and supports the NMS system (Nokia Management System)

• Administers the Remedy Applications not related to the phones maintenance cycle; such as customer inquiries and complaints

• Establishes the needs of users and monitors user access and security

• Monitors performance and manages parameters to provide fast query responses to ‘front end’ Remedy users

• Installs and tests new versions of the database management system (DBMS)

• Maintains data standards including adherence to the Data Protection Act

• Monitor backup and recovery plans

• Monitor that storage, archiving, backup and recovery procedures are functioning correctly

• Integrates Raya in-house system (Remedy) with the other suppliers systems (Nokia and Samsung) by developing and creating the required applications such as XML Extractor program (which extracts the maintenance data in Egypt and Nigeria from Remedy) , XML upload Program (which automates uploading the maintenance data to Nokia online site) and XML Download Results program (which gets the Nokia confirmation on reported cases and imports it to our in-house system’s database to run analysis reports on it)

• Develops the necessary web services (such as Maintenance tracking system) to support the online customers

• Support in developing the Business online web sites needed to support Raya TLOB online business, such as HP Dealers, Dealers Portal and E-Commerce

• Develops the necessary integrations between the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Oracle system and business applications

• Develops the suppliers needed services, such as Nokia Network Management system (NMS)

• Develop the required business reports to support the decision makers

• Develop, maintain and adjust Warranty and serial controller, with providing the need support
