Job Description:
- Responsible for PCs and laptops purchasing, setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Manage the backup of all servers and important data.
- Maintain local domain, print, file servers using Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016.
- Maintain company servers and databases.
- Knowledge Virtual infrastructure
- Experience in Computer Networking and windows servers like (Active directory, File server).
- Hand on firewall and network security Like Sophos XG is a plus.
- Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems Install and configure software and computer systems.
- Provides user training on laptop use, printer connection, share drive access, and other similar items.
- Follow up with ISP to assure service quality and stability
- Familiar with hardware and network and backup for Computer machine factory Job.
