Corporate Lawyer jobs in Egypt

A reputable utility company is currently looking for a “Corporate Lawyer” with 2-3 years of experience, preferably in the renewable energy and power supply sector.

Educational background and Experience required:
1. BSc degree in Law degree. Masters is a plus;
2. Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
3. Experience in renewable energy and power supply is a preference. Experience in M&As is a plus.
4. Perfect English is a must.
