Retail Co-Located in Nasr City hiring: HR Generalist Job Description: • Create and publish job ads in various portals. • Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events • Screen resumes and job applications. • Conduct initial phone screens to create shortlists of qualified candidates. • Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. • Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, and source of hire. • Design, distribute and measure the results of candidate experience surveys. • Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings. • Prepare Data Base, Prepare all personnel duties, Prepare employee files. • Handle all labor office issues, Calculate vacations records, Handle all social insurance issues. • Collect daily, weekly or monthly time-sheets. • Calculate bonuses and allowances. • Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software. • Report on payroll expenses. • Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations. • Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes, and insurance deductions.
Qualifications : • Bachelor’s degree in business or another related field., • 2+ years of related experience ( sold Experience with blue collars ) • Preferably experience in retail • HR diploma or certificate is a plus • Very good command of the English language • Very good computer skills • Males Only
