Abnaa Sinai Construction is hiring Quantity Surveying Engineers

Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture
– Minimum of 7 years progressive experience in all phases of major engineering design and construction contracts with at least 3 years experience in quantity surveying activities
– Knowledge of standard forms of contract and general principles of measurement operating in the Middle East
– Practical and logical qualities and a methodical way of thinking
– A creative and innovative approach to problem- solving.
– Detailed knowledge of past and current building and construction technology, business and legal matters
– Advanced Excel, Word & Power Point
– Comprehensive knowledge of QS Software
– Ability to be self directed and manage multiple projects
– Oral and graphical communication skill require for internal meetings and client discussions
– Excellent listening and interpersonal skills
– Willingness to travel on site visits

– Should have the ability to work as part of a team, have a high degree of accuracy, be attentive to detail, clear, and have a proven ability in establishing relationships quickly in a variety of settings both internal and external
– Analytical skills and Ability to Negotiate are essential
