Job Description

Experience in Hospitality, Hotels , Malls, fashion retail & Tourism agencies are preferable . Promotes the company in Egypt through press coverage as well as media coverage. This includes increasing awareness and image of the Complex and effectively communicating the positioning of the organization within the local Market.He/she is also responsible for the design, implementation and facilitation of annual business Public Relations plan for the Company.With respect to Marketing he/ she is expected to work on developing and maintaining marketing strategies that meets organizational objectives as well as evaluating marketing conditions, competitors and implementing marketing plan changes as needed. Expected to work closely with Mall GM in order to support the company goals and objectives. In this essence the Marketing & Communication Manager will be expected to achieve optimal business results, as well as following up on potential clients approached by Sales. Identifies, develops and evaluates marketing strategy, based on the knowledge of the company and Mall shops as well as cost and mark up factors.Formulates, directs and coordinates marketing activities to promote the Mall and the Mall shops.Responsible for monitoring the Marketing budget and delivery of marketing activities according to the agreed upon budget.Achieves frequent timely and positive media coverage for events taking place in the Mall/ and the Mall shops.Manages all aspects of printing production, receipt and distribution.Manages and analyzes the productivity of marketing plans and campaigns.Establishes yearly sponsorship budget as well as addressing potential sponsors for the Mall and the Mall shops.Prepares a yearly sponsors budget for any kind of sponsorship exposed in the Mall through the year.Enhances sales for all the Mall shops within the complex.
