E-Learning Specialist - Expertise and Knowledge Management

Mission

Responsible for the production of Valeo Technical Digital Library.

Responsibilities

Lead projects through the design lifecycle from scoping, research and analysis, design, development, and launch; providing clear timelines through all phases, communicating with key partners, and selecting appropriate measurement for successful implementation;

Identify learning objectives, assess learners, performance outcomes, and evaluative strategies to deliver instruction including consulting with program owners and subject matter experts to identify performance gaps and learning objectives.

Manage the development of instructional materials (tutorials, digital interactives, user guides, audio and video scripts, story boards, navigational text, tests, etc.) that transform technical information into professionally written, engaging instruction.

Direct and guide learning design for internal and/or external subject matter experts enlisted to produce and publish technical content.

Be the voice of the learner, ensuring that their needs are at the forefront of our content efforts and help our team iterate and improve on our content offering.

Coordinate the development of instructional materials that are functional, informative, and consistent with sound instructional design principles.

Provide recommendations for interface design, sequencing of instruction, use of assessments, and online interactive activities.

Education/Training

B.Sc. of Business Administration or equivalent B.Sc. of Engineering, CS is a plus E-Learning ITI Diploma is a plus

Professional Experience

from 2-5 years of experience Good command of English Excellent communication skills Excellent administrative skills Good presentation skills Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Multinational exposure is a plus Graphics design is a plus

Excellent Knowledge Of

Articulate Storyline, Lectora, or Captivate Experience with LMS architecture and deployment within a corporate learning environment

Very Good Knowledge Of

Adobe Photoshop Adobe illustrator Adobe Flash + Action Script Adobe Flex & XML Language Adobe Catalyst Adobe Dreamweaver Adobe Premiere Adobe Audition Adobe Captivate Camtasia Studio Adobe After Effects
