Personnel Supervisor for The Chinese company

The Chinese company responsible for supplying, implementing and maintaining the Egyptian Light rapid transit (LRT) *”The New Egyptian electrical train”* needs to hire a *Personnel Supervisor*

S/he should be experienced in the aforementioned duties and able to communicate in English *speaking and writing*.
Current headcount is 12 and should reach 40 within 1 year
Job location: Thawra Street – Heliopolis
Monthly Salary: a net of EGP 10-12k.
