We are looking for a “Web Customer Support” with the below qualification to work with us at Maadi, Egypt.

Qualifications:

Relevant University degree.
Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support.
Maadi, or nerbay areas residents are prefferd.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Providing support to new and existing customers.
Track of user’s system issues until they are resolved
Guide new customers on how to use the service.
Refer difficult cases to a senior analyst or developers.
Establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers.
Keep customers informed of how and when problems are resolved.
