Requirements:
1. Degree in Human Resources or related field .
2. Male.
3. Min. 10 years of experience in HR field (Industrial ) .
4. Good knowledge and experience in HR Industrial , Organization Structure and Governance, HR Development, Recruitment, HR Data Management .
6. Experience in Work Rules and Benefits, Compensation, Corporate Culture, Employee Engagement .
7- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
8- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
9- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital.
10- Nurture a positive working environment.
11-Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
11- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
12- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
