VOIP Technical Support Specialist

Qualifications:
1-Bachelor’s degree from reputable university, preferably Engineering or Computer Science
2-Excellent knowledge with VOIP (preferably Grand Stream System)
3-Experience in Network Troubleshooting
4-Experience with CCNA – MCSA- Preferred
5-2-4 years of experience
