Job Description

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets and provide support to others.
• Conduct daily customer visits to the assigned customers.
• Promptly handle customer inquiries and requests.
• Maintain and develop a customer database.
• Prepare and dispatch daily and weekly reports and analysis for all sales and customer visit activities.
• Gather and analyze market information and competition activities to maintain detailed and updated assessment of the competition.
• Provide market feedback on products.
• Resolve issues to achieve successful sales.
• Coordinate with the collection department the collection of customer dues related to sales activities.
• Maintain contact with all clients in the market to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and ensure that all customer complaints are resolved

Job Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• 1-2 years sales experience in the field of industrial machines ( B2B)
• From Alex
• Has a valid driving license
• Good command of English
• Hard worker and has the B2B sales skills
• Representable.
