Job Summary
To assist in the efficient and courteous management of the Garage. To maintain the highest possible standard of service & profitability within company guidelines.
Key Tasks
To ensure customers receive efficient, friendly service. To receive and park cars for the hotel guests, contract customers, other customers and authorized staff. Know the names and particular requirements of regular guests. Be aware of special reservations, banquet or functions. Ensure that Garage space is used to maximum advantage. To advise customers on nearest service stations and their opening times and the services of RAC/AA To ensure all charges are made correctly and that credit is only given to authorized customers. Ensure that the office is attended during opening hours.
