HR Specialist (External)
Job Requirements And Skills
- University Bachelor’s degree
- HR certificate/diploma is recommended.
- Strong English language proficiency for both spoken and written
- Previous HR work experience preferreably1-2 years
- Understanding of the HR systems logic
- Good command in MS Office 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Vision and Word)
- Attention to details and due diligence
- Interpersonal and communication skills, ability to interact and engage with both HR, Business stakeholders and expertise teams.
- Understanding of Labor law, social insurance regulations and requirements
- Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment
- Solid customer service and relationship management skills
