Key Responsibilities
Ensure development/ efficient utilization of hard and soft POSM for generic and local activities, including evaluation of its effectiveness at point of purchase to measure the market impactTrack, monitor, and report key competitors’ activities on a channel level and providing insights/plans to drive competitive advantagePrepare and execute the category's integrated commercial plan for the year to follow, organize BTL activities and ensure effective execution to achieve desired goalsChampion promotional process per category in channel (defining objectives, briefing, monitoring, coordinating the implementation & evaluating all promotions)Develop market intro plan for new products/SKU and coordinate with sales and marketing teams during the launch phase to ensure plan implementationDevelop and update customer activity Calendar for each Brand to ensure optimum utilization of spaces locked in the annual contractsOwn and manage the TTS budget
Requirements
0-2 years of experience in a relevant field Bachelor’s degree in Business Ability to deal closely with contacts and build strong sustainable relationships Clear understanding of customer needs
