We’re #hiring for Personnel Specialist at Misr ELHegaz Group.

To Be Responsible For:
-Support for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office and social insurance.
-Creating and maintaining personnel records for each employee and maintaining the employee database system.
-Maintaining Employees Data on Success factors (adding new hires, deactivating leavers, adjusting changes).
-Handling both the hiring and resignation process.
Tracking employees Vacation balances.

Required Qualifications:
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
-1-2 Years of experience in personal.
-Experienced as personal specialist.
-Knowledge of human resources laws.
-Ability to multitask.
-Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
Location: 10th of Ramdan.
