#El Sewedy Industrial Development is looking forward to recruit the best caliber for the position Marketing Operation Executive as below,
Location: New Cairo

Responsibilities,
· A highly efficient and enthusiastic executive to coordinate all ongoing tasks between Sales, marketing, finance and development. The person in charge is needed to have great interpersonal skills, fast approach, positive attitude. He should be a fast learner and doer.
· The Role needs a person to guarantee the proper executions and completion of tasks accomplished by the marketing team through the following tasks as an example.
· Coordination between all team members and other departments in terms of fulfilling all system entries, management and completion.
·  Field Visits to our projects and coordinate with marketing team their actual needs. Also managing outdoor locations from recce, to production to installation and maintenance. This also includes events management in terms of production, choice and coordination.
· Liaising with Finance department through System entries, recording, management and completion. Following up and confirming on all parties taking the right action.
·Handling Content and data entries on key online platforms.
·  Recording and documenting all financial and contracting documents for the marketing department.
· Sourcing exhibitions, and coordinating after approvals from marketing manager.

Requirements,
· 5 years’ experience in marketing execution agencies or local real estate companies or organizations if similar field
· Males only can apply
· Experience in outdoor rental and production
· Experience in Marketing Operations.
· Language: English/ Arabic
·  Proficiency in MC office
