MAIN JOB PURPOSE:

To plan Export Volumes and execute Shipments to different Unilever Customers.

JOB SUMMARY

• Weekly meetings with planners to discuss plans and risks

• Providing customers with plans phasing and estimated dispatch date

• Confirming with planning team & customers 3 months frozen period plans

• Checking customers loading in weekly MPS and sharing output with customers

• Comparing MPS to agreed plans to customers

• Highlighting deviations to customers and following up on actions

• Working on customers to achieve better accuracy for APO

• Creating Tlanes for Customers

• Creating the Means of Transport for customers

• Maintaining Tlanes for customers

• Getting customers approvals for provisions on any dropped amounts

• Communicating provisions confirmations with planning & Finance team

• Providing customers with quarterly TPs

• Providing finance team with updated Sourcing portfolio and forecasts

• Creating Shipments for customers

• Communicating shipments with logistics team and following up on shipping

• Supporting customer in case of any issue related to ships and following up with logistics team

• Providing customers with tracker for the weekly ships

• Sending weekly updates for planning team

• Following up on production plans

• Following up on stocks transfer from Factories to warehouses

• Sourcing update to include any risk or issue happening with a certain Customer during the previous week.

• Capacity checking exercise input file (CPT)

• Providing WOM File update with updated 3 months sales plan

• Sourcing Deck Including Sourcing Volumes per Category, New Customers, New Products, Achievements, KPIs…etc.

• Working with Cross Border Sourcing Team on special projects to enhance the Sourcing operation (e.g. APO Master Data Improvement, Safety Stocks, SU / MSO relationship,…etc).

• Provisions / Stocks Report at end of the Month.

• ICCFOT Report (3 Months Back at point of Shipping)

• Shipment Tracker

• Customer Survey Report through CBS team.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Production or Industrial Engineering educational background

• Basic Knowledge of Planning Skills and Tools.

• Customer Service Mindset.

• Basic Knowledge of Logistics terms, rules,…etc.

• High Analytical Skills

• Strong & accurate follow up

• Bias for Action and holding teams accountable

• Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills

• Basic SAP Knowledge is an asset
