Commnity managers (Freelancers) with GCC culture background:

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
· Respond to customers in a timely manner
· Monitor, track and report on feedback and online reviews
· Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams
· Respond to customers in a timely manner
· Build relationships with customers, industry professionals and journalists
· Stay up-to-date with digital technology trends
Essential Skills & Requirements:
· Knows the GCC culture and can write on their dialect.
· Very good with Microsoft tools
· Experience planning and leading community initiatives
· Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
· Excellent verbal communication skills
· Excellent writing skills (Arabic - English)
· Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
· Hands on experience with social media management
· Knowledge of online marketing
· Attention to detail, critical-thinker and problem-solver
