Be Digital Agency is looking for an experienced Creative Director
Job Description
• Leading a creative team of designers, content creators and digital marketing specialist.
• Directing the creative efforts of design and social media functions including all members of design teams, content creators and social media specialists.
• Identifying and solving design and copyrighting teams major problems and issues.
• Collaborate with other managers and functions within the organization to deliver superior and high-quality design services.
• Take work from planning, strategy and concept to final execution within deadlines.
• Responsible for all creative artwork/designs delivered from his function.
• Monitor and overlook the work of design teams managers and content creators.
Job Requirements
- 4+ years of proven working experience as Art Director not less than 3 years in a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Strong leadership skills to oversee the work of other artists.
- Hands on experience with interactive online media designs such as social media designs, color correction, layout design, and image selection.
- High proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Have a passion for motion design
- Experience with video is a plus.
- Being a strategic thinker who is full of on-brief creative ideas.
- Ability to prioritize work and manage deadlines and incorporate , feedback and take/give direction well.
- Team player with strong communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
- Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design, or related field.
