What We Offer

Implement Safety, Health and Environment (SHE) standardsManage Occupational Health Program in line with Henkel Corporate guidelinesEnsure compliance of the plant and tackle complaint from authoritiesPromote, advertise and assist in the development of close working relationships, with respect to SHE issues between the plant and all relevant authorities, agencies, local communities and third partiesComplete investigation and actions to avoid reoccurrence of incidentsCapture and manage risks of the site through structured development of Task Hazard Analysis and Gap AnalysisMonitor SHE control measures implementation to promote safety culture

Who We Are Looking For

University graduate with a Bachelor's degree in EngineeringMinimum 2 years of experience in a safety role in a manufacturing or industrial environmentGood English levelProficient user of the MS Office ApplicationsFamiliarity with ISO 14001, OSHAS 18001 & ISO 50001 is a plusA highly self-motivated person with strong leadership, convincing & negotiation skills
