Job Description

Manage the day to day relationship with the retail tenants

Initiating management reports related to the area of responsibility

Provide and monitor marketing activities and initiatives

Monitor Customer services and satisfaction within the Mall

Support and deputize for the Mall Manager as and when required and act as Duty Manager for the Mall

To provide support to the retail tenants, initiating meetings and identifying issues that could impact on the operation of the Mall

Liaise with the tenants and ensure that the Tenants Operational Manual is followed

Provide operational reports related to Tenant Relations and Marketing within the Mall

Monitor service provision overall through the regular update of Key Performance Indicators

Act as an intermediary with the customers provider a high level of customer service and satisfaction

Issue monthly - violations report

Create actions plans for all disciplins

Monitor and control the inhouse team

Supervise the contractors scope (quotations - contracts)
