Personal banker - Teller
Main Responsibilities and Responsibilities:
Acquisition of new clients for the Bank, new business opportunities, and promotion of cross-selling of existing relationships in line with the Bank's development strategy and the Bank's risk appetite.
Act as the first line of defense in customer relationships and ensure management is alerted to any potential deterioration/deterioration of credit risk, resulting from late payments, or receiving negative market information.
Interact with customers on an ongoing basis to respond to requests and inquiries to increase customer satisfaction.
Build deeper interaction to end relationships through regular site visits and quarterly call reports.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce or a related field.
0-3 years of experience in a related field (fresh graduates from of 2017)
- Business development and selling skills
