Job Description

• Ability to measure key performance (ROI and KPIs)

• Notifications, Trends, Trends, Trends, Clients

• Developing marketing to increase awareness and knowledge of business plans

• Ensuring the quality of the commercial agency in the marketing channels

• Research and analyze competition opportunities for growth.

• Linking the product line to the goals.

• Update product prices to conform to the company's long-standing goals in pricing by commercial area

• Managing and promoting the required budget for the business situation.

• Building relationships and credibility with external investors during the period of the company's financial resources and development

Requirements & Preferred Qualifications:

-10+ years' experience of working on a CEO position

-Ideal Age Range: 40 – 60

- BS or degree in in sales or business administration (or related field)

-Gender: male

- Expert in the field of trademarks related to consumer goods & FMCG

- He must have actual experience in hypermarket chains such as Hyper Star, Hyper Mi, Lin El Rafah, or others.

Job Description

•The ability to search, analyze and use data and statistics

• Possessing organizational skills, arranging tasks and preparing strategic plans

Work with the management team to meet consumer needs, develop and nurture new and existing customers, partnerships, strategic alliances, and other market opportunities

• Study the objectives and development of the labor market. Organize and conduct marketing research

• Evaluating store performance and conducting employee performance evaluations to assess training needs and build career paths from sales representatives and others

• Treat potential problems and suggest quick solutions

• Developing business strategies to increase the customer base, expand store traffic, and improve profitability

• Achieves sales targets by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales personnel

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

• Manage the entire store and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

• Maintaining premium store status and visual marketing standards

• Report on buying trends, customer needs, profits, etc.

• To propose innovative ideas to increase its market share
