Essential Requirements

CELTA, Trinity cert TESOL or equivalent TEFL-I teaching qualification.

2 years full-time teaching experience after obtaining TEFL-I.

Completion of at least one module of DELTA to demonstrate commitment to attaining DELTA within six months.

English at Proficiency Level C2: Native speaker or IELTS band 8/9 in each of 4 sections of the academic module.

Experience of contributing to operational management of adult programmes.

Proven ability to contribute to design and development of adult curriculum, syllabus, courses and pedagogic activities

Desirable Requirements

Master’s degree in relevant area

DELTA or equivalent TEFL Q qualification

Experience of delivering teacher training, undertaking teacher observations and developmental line management of teachers and support staff
