What is the job about?

As an Admin Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing administrative, front desk, HR and Finance support duties in order to ensure that day-to-day operations of the Cairo office are provided in an effective and efficient manner.

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited, to the below:

Greet, receive and assist customers, clients and visitors in the officeAnswer and screen incoming phone calls and redirect them to the concerned employeesReceive postal and courier letters, packages etc and distribute themProvide general administrative support such as preparing and composing correspondences, securing parcels, arranging meetings, processing confidential documents, tracking deadlines, forms and reports, filing electronic and hard copy, etcMonitor office and pantry supplies and replenish them when necessary, also searching for new suppliersMonitor and maintain office equipmentConduct Health & Safety briefing to visitorsAct as the point of contact for internal and external clientsFinancial and HR administrationManage car lease fleet and agreements

What do you need to apply?

To be considered for this position you should have the following:

Bachelor’s degree holder in any discipline with minimum 2 years’ experience or High School/Diploma Holder in any discipline with minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in a similar role in a large Company.Must be a good communicator; and have good written and verbal communication skills.Must have a keen eye for detail.Have the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable handling confidential documents and information.Should have knowledge of office administration.Computer literate.Must be knowledgeable in MS Outlook, Word and ExcelShould be pro-active and responsible.Customer Service OrientedMust have the ability to listen and demonstrate good command of English both spoken and written
