General requirements:

2-4 years’ experience as PA within FMCG or distribution is preferred.

Degree in Business or equivalent qualification.

Fluency English verbal and written is a Must.

Excellent computer skills

Ability to maintain accurate and detailed records

Obour City or nearby resident is preferable

Ready to Join immediately

JD summary (Duties and Responsibilities)

· Create reports and presentations which reflect the business progress.

· Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive and ensure the manager is well prepared for meetings.

· Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation

· Organizing events and conferences

· Create and presentations which reflect the business progress.

· Follow up with the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines

· Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence

· Managing databases and filing systems.

· Provides administrative support for the office of the Owners.

· Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients

· Performs any other duties upon request.
