**About the Job**
-Responsible for the all Recruitment Cycle.
-Conduct On-boarding program for the new hires.
-Collect training needs from the entire departments of the company.
-Contact training providers to gather training technical and financial proposals to prepare the annual training plan.
-Compare the training proposals and recommend the appropriate ones.
-Finalize the procedures of all training programs’ expenditures in coordination with the financial department.
-Evaluate all training programs conducted and analyze the participants’ assessments to measure the return of these trainings.
-Create and Update Job Descriptions.
-Update the Organization Structure.
** Job Requirements**
-B.S.C of Business Administration or relevant field.
-Experience: 1-2 years
-HR Certificate / Diploma will be an asset.
-Very good user of Microsoft Office.
-Very good in English language
-Willing to travel to El-Sadat City.
-Preferably Giza resident .
