Al-Rabat Business Group is seeking to hire a Dynamic - “Front Office Receptionist” by the following

Job Description:

- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.

- Assisting clients in finding their way around the office

- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes

- Preparing meeting and training rooms.

- Professionally answering phones, and routing calls as necessary.

- Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks

Scheduling appointments

- Maintain office equipment, handling the office suppliers

Professional / Academic requirements:

Bachelor Degree

From 0-1 year of experience in a similar role.

Good in English / MS office

Locations available: Nasr City & El Rehab

Personal Skills:

Good Communication Skills

Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work

Time-Sharing (has the ability to shift back and forth between two or more activities)
