Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage system including AD, Office 356, VMWare, and Helpdesk ticketing system.
· Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues that may arise.
· Monitor the system daily and respond quickly to any security breaches or usability concerns.
· Backup systems and verify that backups have been completed.
· Regularly upgrade systems as needed.
· Assist in integrating new applications and technologies into the current system.
Qualification and Requirement:
· Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a similar discipline.
· Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in System Administration and Technical support role
· VMware, MCSE, CCNA, MS Office 365
· Excellent command of the English language
