HR Admin Job at Dawam Business Solution

company located in #El_Maadi with below details:

Roles & responsibilities:

-Manage our people operations policies and processes

-Assist employees with their day-day requests and #employee_relations matters

-Manage our staff internal events, in terms of planning & executing

-Implement #HR_strategies that support business objectives and putting our people first strategy

-Support in the implementation of the performance management system that includes #performance_development_plans (PDPs) and #employee_development programs.

Requirements:

- From 3 to 4 years of experience in HR.

-BA/BS degree.

-Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.

-People-first mindset combined with a clear, approachable, and friendly communication style.

-Always looking for ways to make things better and improve processes.

-Process-oriented and a lover of efficiency.

-The ability to work independently and in a team environment.

-Able to handle sensitive information, discrete with a high standard of integrity.
