tech office & design Engineer Job

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor Degree in architecture or interior design.

- 4-6 years’ experience.

- Excellent AutoCAD skills. Revit

- Very Good knowledge of materials pricing and suppliers.

- Very Good Site experience and Knowledge for different methods of materials application.

- Very Good English reading, writing and speaking.

- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently.

- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work independently as well as part of an effective team.

Duties & Responsibilities:

- project drawings management.

- Determining project requirements, quotations.

-design in detail any product,fixation &product break down needed

-specify the material needed in qnt

- Recommend acceptance, provide advice, and recommend revisions to specification documents.

- Selected Materials specifications and datasheets to implement in BOQ and specifications

- M.O.M (method of measurements).

-material submittals

- revise of B.O.Q including all project items, descriptions, and pricing.
