Customer Service Representive

Rehab Al-Khair Association For donations :

• Contact clients for charitable donations
• Ensure customer satisfaction
• Follow up on previous orders and current and target customers
• Working conditions:
• 8 working hours and working from home
• Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
• working from home
• The salary is based on sales commission, it is 14-15%.
• Job Requirements

• Level of education: Graduates only , undergraduate are welcome to apply
• There must be prior experience in sales ( optional )
• Previous experience in sales is a must
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Discipline in appointments
• Microsoft Office "Word - Excel - outlook"
