VOIP Support Engineer Job at Business Valley

Qualifications:

relevant University degree.

2-3 years of experience as a VOIP support.

Responsibilities & Duties:

Providing technical support to new and existing customers.

To monitor and maintain the service and network perfectly working.

Resolve technical issues related to the current and new clients.

Track of user’s system issues until they are resolved

Follow up with clients to make sure their computer systems are functioning properly after troubleshooting.

Guide new customers on how to use the service.
