What We Offer
Design and implement maintenance and preventative programs Analyze equipment failures, determine cause(s), and make necessary adjustments and/or repairsPlan and develop systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the department Play a major role in company cost-saving projects and establish cost calculation and budget estimation of the Maintenance department according to Annual Sales ForecastSupervise daily, weekly and monthly preventative maintenance inspections; conduct safety compliance inspections and maintain records of production equipmentPerform and instruct personnel in equipment start-up procedures and machine operation, adhering to safety regulationsManage personnel and budgetary aspects of the department
Who We Are Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical EngineeringMinimum 8 years of experience in a multinational, preferably FMCGExperience as a team manager in the Maintenance department is a must as well as engineering project managementKnowledge of Process Improvement techniques, Business Finance and Human Resources principles & practices to be able to handle the personnel and budgetary aspects of the departmentFluency in EnglishSAP knowledge is a plusProficient user of Microsoft Office applications
